The National Professional Qualification in Executive Leadership (NPQEL) is an inpirational opportunity to take stock, set direction and develop the leadership qualities and competencies of an Executive Leader, leading across several schools.

NPQEL participants must design a sustainable business development strategy for their organisation and submit a written account of the project.
In addition NPQEL participants will lead a project to improve progress and attainment in several schools. Participants will present their project plans and submit a written report for assessment.
We offer a quality assured NPQEL qualification, designed by current school leaders and business professionals, delivered around a blended learning model to ensure correct support and successful completeion. NPQEL particiapnts will attend 2 residential sessions and an assessment day. In addition delegates will be supported by additional online learning content covering sources of additional expertise, support partnerships, coaching and action learning sets. The total time commitment for delegates will be approximately 100 hours over a period of approximately six months.
